Moniker Design Studio was able to partner with the Moniker Build team to transform a small, inefficient residential kitchen into a space that functioned better for the client. The original kitchen layout gave limited accessibility, wasted blind corner storage, which created clutter on the countertops, and the finishes were very dated.

Moniker Design Studio created custom cabinetry with a unique door profile and got creative with blind-corner solutions, pull-out trash, and intentional drawer and door placements to optimize her storage.

Accessibility was paramount to the client because she needed arthritis friendly knobs, pulls, and a faucet, easily accessible corner storage, and an integrated step stool storage place for her to reach higher cabinets. And of course, the finish upgrades made the space feel special, refreshed, and calming.

SCOPE: Interior Design services for a ~200 sf kitchen remodel, including new floors, cabinetry, layout, hardware, sink, and window coverings, including FF&E selections.
Construction support and purchase & procurement.
