Solana Beach Co-Working Space

For the Ocean Point Co-Working Space, Moniker Design Group started with a floor plan and idea of how the space should feel.

The goal was for the space to be Industrial, welcoming, and upscale California/coastal. The space included a kitchen area, common area/living room, six offices, a conference room, a print room, 2 call booths, and six private desks.

Our goal was to balance function and comfort so we used sit/stand desks in the offices, ergonomic chairs for everyone, lockable filing cabinets, and a communal table in the kitchen to encourage a community centric space.
